Welcome to FitFlick, operated by FitFlick Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FitFlick mobile application (“App”) and any related services.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitFlick.

By using the App, you confirm that:
You are 13 years of age or older
If you are between 13–17, you have parental/guardian permission
You are legally capable of entering into this agreement

FitFlick does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

2. About FitFlick

FitFlick allows users to swipe through clothing, apparel and lifestyle products sourced from third-party retailers and affiliate partners. You can:
Browse personalised product feed
Apply custom filters
Save items, build a shopping list or purchase externally
Receive exclusive discount codes
Refer friends for rewards

FitFlick itself does not sell or fulfil products — purchases occur directly through the retailer’s website.

3. Account Registration

To use FitFlick, you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information.

You agree to:
Not share your login details
Keep your password secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorised access
Not create multiple accounts for abuse or manipulation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Referral Programme & Discount Codes

FitFlick may offer referral rewards and exclusive discount codes.

By participating, you agree to the following:
Discount codes may be single-use or reusable, depending on retailer rules
Codes may expire at any time
We may cancel codes if misuse is detected
Referral rewards are only valid when the referred user meets all stated requirements
Abuse (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in termination

Referral rewards are not guaranteed and may be changed or discontinued.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

FitFlick Ltd participates in affiliate programs including but not limited to:
AWIN
Impact
CJ Affiliate
Rakuten
Partnerize

When you click a product and make a purchase, FitFlick may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Product information is provided directly by retailers and may change without notice.

6. User Content & Conduct

You agree NOT to:
Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content
Use automated tools or bots
Scrape or reverse engineer the App
Attempt to manipulate your feed or referral rewards
Interfere with FitFlick’s functionality

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time

without notice. You agree that FitFlick is not liable for interruptions or downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FitFlick Ltd is not liable for:
Retailer errors
Out-of-stock items
Incorrect prices
Delivery issues
Third-party website problems
Loss of data, profits, or business

FitFlick is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Misuse referral rewards
Attempt to harm the App or our systems

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

United Kingdom (primary jurisdiction)
Additionally, we comply with:
EU GDPR
US COPPA & CCPA
Canada PIPEDA
Australia Privacy Act

By using FitFlick, you agree to this Policy.

1. Children’s Privacy (IMPORTANT)

FitFlick is not intended for children under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13
If we learn a user is under 13, we will delete the account

Clothing interactions (e.g., swipe left/right)
Saved items (“favourites”)
Filter selections
Clicked retailer links

Referral & Rewards Data
Referred user phone/email (if provided)
Discount codes issued and redeemed

Retailer Data (Through Affiliate Networks)

We receive:
Click-tracking IDs
Sale/commission confirmations
We do not receive your full purchase details (e.g., full name, card information).

Automatically Collected Data

Using Firebase Analytics:
Session length
Feature usage
Device identifiers
Country/region (approximate)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:
Personalise your product feed
Prevent showing items you’ve already swiped
Improve app recommendations
Generate referral rewards
Deliver new discount codes
Improve app performance
Prevent fraud and abuse
Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK GDPR)

We process your data under:
Consent (e.g., analytics, marketing preferences)
Contract (providing the FitFlick service)
Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, app improvement)
Legal obligation (tax, anti-fraud, security logs)

5. How Data Is Stored & Protected

Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud Platform)

Encrypted at rest
Encrypted in transit
Region: EU or US depending on your location

Make.com (Automation)

Used to:
Import products from affiliate feeds
Clean/standardise product data
Push updates into Firestore

Make.com processes data only as our processor, not for their own use.

We use industry-standard protections including:
HTTPS
Access controls
Audit logs
2FA for administrative accounts

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell personal data.

We may share limited data with:

Affiliate Networks (e.g., AWIN, Impact)
Click IDs
Tracking identifiers
Service Providers
Firebase
Make.com
Crash/analytics tools

These providers only use your data to operate FitFlick securely.

7. Your Rights (Worldwide)

Swipe history: up to 10,000 most recent interactions

Device identifiers
Affiliate tracking cookies (retailers)

You may disable cookies in your device settings.

10. International Transfers

Data may be stored or processed in:

All transfers follow GDPR-compliant safeguards including SCCs.
